Ruben Kozin was born in Moscow in 1997. When he was only five years old, he entered music school. At the age of 12 he started studying piano at the Central Music School at the Moscow State Conservatory P. I. Tchaikovsky with N. Trull, graduating in 2020. In Russia Kozin has performed at the Great and the Small Rachmaninov Halls of the Moscow State Conservatory P. I. Tchaikovsky, at the Concert Hall of the Russian State Gnessin Academy of Music, the Moscow International House of Music and at the Concert Hall of the Moscow Museum of Musical Culture. He has also given concerts in Croatia, Poland, Lithuania, Italy, Malta, Kazakhstan, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, Armenia and Belarus. His vast repertoire already includes more than 15 piano concertos from different periods. Kozin has taken part in masterclasses held by A. Ebi, R. O’Hora, Y. Kim, J. Zaharieva, E. Indjic, A. Bonatta, K. Kenner, P. Nemirovski and V. Latarche. He has performed with the orchestra of the Central Music School at Moscow State Conservatory P. I. Tchaikovsky, the Rostov Academic Symphony Orchestra and the National Chamber Orchestra of Armenia.
