TICKET EXCHANGE

• ONLINE PURCHASE:

Purchase new tickets online, in the same price category, then send the numbers of the old and new orders to info@eventim.si and the value of the original tickets will be refunded. The purchase price will be refunded via the same means of payment used for the purchase.

• SALES OUTLETS:

Ticket buyers, please go to the same place you bought your tickets. Please bring your original tickets. An exchange is possible only where you made the actual purchase, e.g. at the Križanke ticket office (except with Petrol – in which case just go to your nearest Petrol station). The sales outlet must send a ticket cancellation request to Eventim. Meanwhile, you can buy new tickets at the sales outlet.

TICKET REFUND

• We kindly ask all the customers, who made a purchase online, to send the order number or a photo of the tickets (the bar code needs to be visible) to blagajna@ljubljanafestival.si.
  
• We kindly ask all customers, who made a purchase at the Križanke Box Office or any of the Eventim sale points, to come in person and bring with them the original tickets and the bill. Upon receipt of the original entrance tickets and bill we will refund the purchase price of the tickets to your current account.

In order to avoid any complications we kindly ask you to verify before returning the tickets if your are entitled to a refund (General Terms and Conditions).
