We would like to inform all ticket holders for the Zoran Mitev concert, that the event has been cancelled due to illness. All customers are entitled to a refund.
Customers who bought tickets at the Križanke Box Office are kindly asked to come to the Box Office with a purchased ticket during working hours.
Refunds for online purchases are processed automatically, no additional information from the customer is required. Refunds will be made in the same way as the purchase (same means of payment). In the case of payment via Valu or prepayment, the refund is arranged by bank transfer. We kindly ask that the customer send their information, order number and bank account number to info@eventim.si for making the transfer.
Customers who bought tickets at a physical point of sale (including the Križanke Box Office) are asked to come in person and bring the original tickets and receipt with them. Refunds are only possible at the points of sale where you made the actual purchase (if you bought the tickets at a Petrol service station, you can contact the nearest service station).
Customers who bought tickets at the Eventim sale points – Kino Šiška or Tivoli Ticket House will receive a refund by transfer to your personal bank account. Send your information to info@eventim.si with your address, order number or invoice scan or ticket scan and your bank account number.
