The Ljubljana Festival is one of the oldest music festivals in Europe, founded in 1953 and it will take place for the 73rd time next summer. Each year the festival hosts the world’s leading artists and cultural institutions, which bring visitors from all over the world to the Slovene capital. The programme of the summer festival includes symphonic and chamber concerts, as well as opera, ballet, musical and theatre performances, jazz and popular music concerts featuring first-class foreign and domestic artists.
