The 7th  festival titled June in Ljubljana 2015 will feature a high quality and diverse range of free music, theatre and dance events on the wonderful stage that is Congress Square  from 12 to 21 June. Puppet and theatre performances for children will be staged in the mornings, with music and ballet to follow in the afternoons and evenings. The June 2015 in Ljubljana festival will be opened by the RTV Slovenia Big Band Orchestra along with the conductor Tadej Tomšič and our best jazz soloists (Kaja Draksler, Žiga Murko, Lenart Krečič, Mak Grgić and Vid Ušeničnik to name but a few). They will be joined by top Macedonian guitarist Vlatko Stefanovski who will perform with the Slovenian Army Big Band Orchestra (20 June). The 2015 festival includes the following new themed days: Puppet Day (14 June), Circus Monday (15 June), Ballet Day (17 June), Contemporary Urban Music Day (19 June) and the Music Festival (21 June), bringing  Ljubljana together with more than 340 cities around the world in a celebration of music. During the Music Festival countless musicians will bring a dash of colour to the capital city with a diverse range of music, followed in the evening by a very special concert at Kongresni Trg.
