A group of young men spend their summer in Ljubljana, a city marked by a general sense of scarcity. There’s a shortage of money, alcohol, drugs and love. They’re threatened by an unsympathetic environment. Their saving grace is that they find all of their problems hilariously entertaining. Everything becomes complicated. Everything gets entangled. And for most of them, things somehow work out in the end.
